Ingredients

2 cups watermelon, cubed and seedless

1 ripe banana, frozen for creaminess

1/2 cup coconut water (or almond milk for creamier texture)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon agave syrup or maple syrup (optional, based on sweetness preference)

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (optional, for a refreshing twist)

Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by cutting your seedless watermelon into cubes. Make sure to remove the rind. Measure out 2 cups and place them into a blender.

Add the Banana: Peel the frozen banana and break it into chunks. Add it to the blender with the watermelon.

Pour in the Liquid: Add the coconut water (or almond milk) to the blender. Adjust the quantity based on how thick you want your smoothie to be — add less for a thicker consistency or more for a thinner pour.

Incorporate Lime Juice: Squeeze in the fresh lime juice for a zesty kick. This will elevate the flavors of the watermelon and banana.

Sweeten It Up: If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, drizzle in the agave syrup or maple syrup as desired.

Mint It: If you're feeling adventurous, toss in the fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and flavor.

Blend: Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you want it extra cold, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.

Taste & Adjust: Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness or lime juice if necessary.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses, and if desired, garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of watermelon on the rim.

Enjoy: Sip on this refreshing watermelon smoothie and enjoy the summer vibes!
