Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

1/4 cup agave syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)

2 cups sparkling water or club soda

1/2 teaspoon lime zest

Ice cubes

Lime wedges and strawberry slices for garnish

Coarse salt for rimming glasses (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses: If desired, rim your glasses with lime juice and dip them into coarse salt. This adds a fun twist to your mocktail!

Blend the Strawberries: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries with lime juice and agave syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Strain the Mixture: Use a fine mesh sieve to strain the blended strawberry mix into a pitcher to remove any seeds and pulp, pressing down gently with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.

Combine with Sparkling Water: To the strained strawberry-lime mixture, add lime zest and gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda to retain the fizz. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Serve: Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes, pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, and garnish with lime wedges and strawberry slices.

Enjoy: Serve immediately while it’s bubbly and refreshing!
