Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated croissant dough (8-10 croissants)

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough: Unroll the refrigerated croissant dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

Add Filling: On the widest end of each croissant triangle, layer approximately 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

Roll the Croissants: Starting from the wide end, roll up each croissant triangle tightly towards the point. Ensure that the filling stays inside the roll.

Brush with Egg Wash: In a small bowl, whisk the egg until well-beaten. Brush the tops of the rolled croissants lightly with the egg wash for a golden finish.

Bake: Place the croissant rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until they are puffed and golden brown.

Cool & Serve: Once baked, remove the croissants from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 croissant rolls
