Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the perforations.

In a small bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wide end of each triangle of crescent roll dough.

Roll the crescent dough from the wide end towards the tip, making sure to tuck in the sides to seal the filling inside.

Place the rolled croissant on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they’re spaced apart.

In a small bowl, beat the egg with a fork to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of the croissant rolls with the egg wash for a shiny finish.

Drizzle olive oil over the croissant rolls for added flavor and richness.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffy.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
