Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cups chicken broth

2 cups water

200 grams ramen noodles

1 cup sliced mushrooms (shiitake or button)

1 cup baby spinach

2 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for spice)

Soft-boiled eggs (optional garnish)

Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it thinly.

Make the Broth: In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using).

Add the Vegetables: Add the sliced mushrooms to the pot and let them simmer for about 5 minutes until tender. Then, add the baby spinach and continue to cook until just wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Cook the Noodles: In the same pot, add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.

Combine and Serve: Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls, ladle the broth and vegetables over the noodles, and add the sliced chicken on top. Garnish with chopped green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and sesame seeds.

Enjoy the Magic: Serve hot and watch your loved ones fall in love at first bite!
