4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme on both sides.

    Brown the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken thighs and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
