1 cup buttermilk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons melted butter (plus extra for greasing)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for topping)

Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling

Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
