Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces).

Marinate: In a medium bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Arrange the Salmon: Once marinated, carefully place the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to spread them out evenly.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro.

Serve: Serve the hot honey salmon bites with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing. Enjoy!
