Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. This will be your marinade and glaze.

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, roughly 1-inch in size.

In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon pieces with half of the honey sriracha glaze until all pieces are well coated.

Spread the salmon bites evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

During the last 2 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the salmon bites for an extra layer of flavor.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
