Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

4 slices cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon relish

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat and set aside.

Make the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and relish. Stir well until smooth and set aside.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a plate. Place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center, followed by a portion of the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and onions.

Add the Sauce: Drizzle a generous amount of the special sauce over the fillings.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Grill for Extra Flavor (Optional): If desired, place the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
