Ham & Bacon Cheesy Potatoes

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup cooked ham, diced

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Boil Potatoes: Place the diced potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika (if using). Stir until smooth and well blended.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked ham, crumbled bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the sour cream mixture. Fold in the drained potatoes gently until everything is well coated.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the potato and cheese mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

            Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the potato mixture.
