3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced diagonally

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Oil, for frying

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

Pinch of salt

Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

    Heat the Oil: In a deep pan, add enough oil to submerge the banana slices and heat it over medium-high heat until hot (approximately 350°F/175°C).

      Fry the Bananas: Dip the banana slices into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Carefully place them into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
