Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 burger buns

Lettuce leaves and tomato slices, for serving

Extra ranch dressing, for topping

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the burgers tough.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the grates or pan to prevent sticking.

Cook the burgers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.

During the last minute of cooking, place the burger buns on the grill or in the pan to toast them slightly.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topping with lettuce, tomato slices, and a drizzle of extra ranch dressing.

Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Easy Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers!
