Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.

Coat the Chicken: Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken: In a large pan, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, fry the chicken in batches (do not overcrowd the pan) until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and honey until smooth and well combined.

Serve: Toss the crispy chicken pieces in the Bang Bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side as a dip. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor.
