2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach (or arugula)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated and distributed.
