Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Warm the Tortillas: Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 15-20 seconds on each side, just until they are pliable.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay the warm tortillas on a flat surface. Place a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with fresh spinach leaves.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up until the filling is securely wrapped inside.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and slice them in half. Serve warm with a drizzle of hot sauce if desired.
