2 medium yellow squash, sliced into ½-inch rounds

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl, combine the sliced yellow squash, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the squash is evenly coated.

      If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated squash and toss again to incorporate.

        Arrange the squash slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

          Cook the squash at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for an even crisp.
